Creator programme terms

1. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and based in the UK or US. Applications must be accurate and must link to work you are permitted to share.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Akoma may approve, waitlist, reject, pause, or close access based on fit, quality, safety, fraud risk, programme capacity, or business needs.

2. Independent creator relationship

You participate as an independent creator, not an employee, agent, or authorised spokesperson. You control how and when you work, subject to approved briefs, platform rules, law, and these terms.

You are responsible for your equipment, accounts, insurance where required, and any tax reporting or payment arising from creator income.

3. Briefs, review, and publication

Every pilot post must be submitted through the portal and approved before publication. Approval applies only to the submitted version, disclosure, destination, and campaign period. Material edits require a new review.

Do not publish content marked draft, submitted, changes requested, removed, or archived. Akoma may require correction or removal of live content that becomes inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform policy.

4. Honest claims and clear disclosure

Content must reflect genuine experience and show the real product. Do not make medical, diagnostic, dosing, prescribing, guaranteed-outcome, or before-and-after transformation claims. Do not imply that a viewer has a condition or uses a particular treatment.

Use this exact disclosure: “Ad — Paid partnership with Akoma. I earn a commission if you subscribe using my code.” For audiovisual content, it must be both clearly visible at the start and spoken clearly. Keep it prominent long enough to understand. Use the platform’s paid-partnership tool additionally where available; that tool does not replace the disclosure.

Read the versioned creator disclosure policy and claims and safety policy before creating content.

5. Eligible conversions and earnings

Your assigned campaign page states the binding commercial terms. The initial pilot default is 20% of verified net revenue from an eligible first annual subscription, capped at £8 for a UK creator or $10 for a US creator.

“Verified net revenue” means customer revenue after applicable refunds, reversals, taxes, and app-store commission, using RevenueCat transaction data and the campaign’s recorded currency method. Free trial periods, monthly plans, later renewal periods, sandbox transactions, self-referrals, duplicates, fraud, refunded purchases, and unverified attribution are not eligible.

Eligible transactions are normally held for 35 days. Earnings move to payable only after both attribution and the hold complete without a disqualifying event. Akoma may correct ledger errors and offset a commission that is refunded after payment.

6. Payouts

The normal minimum is £50 or $50. Qualified balances below the threshold roll forward. Payouts are sent manually by bank transfer in GBP for UK creators and USD for US creators.

Akoma will arrange payment details separately before the first payout; full bank account details are not stored in the creator portal. You are responsible for giving accurate lawful payment information and promptly reporting a missing or incorrect transfer.

7. Content ownership and use

You retain ownership of your original content. While an approved post remains live, you permit Akoma to link to and organically reshare it on Akoma-owned channels with attribution for up to 12 months after publication.

Paid amplification, usage in advertising, editing beyond formatting, creator-account whitelisting, or use beyond that limited organic permission requires separate written agreement.

8. Codes, links, and prohibited conduct

Keep portal access secure and use only your assigned code and link. Do not buy your own offer, mislead someone into redeeming, use bots or click farms, spam, impersonate another person, purchase deceptive traffic, or interfere with attribution.

Akoma may withhold disputed amounts while investigating credible evidence of fraud, policy breaches, or technical error, and will keep an audit record of the decision.

9. Ending participation

Either party may end future participation at any time. Akoma may immediately suspend codes, content, or access for safety, fraud, legal, or platform-policy risk. Properly qualified, undisputed earnings accrued before termination remain payable under the normal threshold and payout process.

10. Jurisdiction-specific documents and changes

Akoma may require an additional UK- or US-specific agreement before publication. If it conflicts with this operational summary, the signed jurisdiction-specific agreement controls.

Material changes apply prospectively and require a new acceptance in the portal. Campaign terms already attached to a verified transaction are not retroactively reduced.
