1. Who we are

We operate as Akoma Health, a UK-based business using that trading name (London, United Kingdom). We are not yet incorporated as a limited company. When we incorporate or formalise our legal structure, we will update these Terms with the correct legal entity name where needed.

The waitlist and related communications are intended for users aged 18 or over. By joining the waitlist or using the site for that purpose, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What we provide today

We currently offer a marketing website and a waitlist so you can register interest in Akoma Health’s future products and services in the UK. We may send you emails about our launch, product updates, and related marketing if you have agreed to this — see our Privacy Policy for how we use personal data.

We may add or change features over time. Additional or paid services may be subject to separate terms presented at the time you sign up for them.

4. What we do not provide

Akoma Health does not provide medical services, diagnostic testing, laboratory analysis, or specimen collection through this website. The site and our emails are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We intend to work with independent licensed and regulated providers for any future clinical or testing services. We have not yet selected a specific partner. When we do, we will identify them where appropriate, and their services will be governed by their terms, privacy notices, and regulatory obligations.

If you join the waitlist and give the consent requested at signup, you agree that we may send you emails about our launch, product, and related marketing in line with our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
